2. Privacy-friendly basic configuration
RobuTrace does not use analytics, marketing or tracking services on this website and does not load external fonts. The website itself does not set cookies that are not technically necessary. Only when you submit the contact form are the data you entered transmitted to the form service identified in Section 5.
3. Hosting through GitHub Pages
This website is provided through GitHub Pages. The providers are GitHub B.V., Prins Bernhardplein 200, 1097 JB Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
When the website is accessed, GitHub processes technically required connection data. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested files, transferred data volume, referrer, browser and operating-system information. GitHub states that IP addresses of visitors to GitHub Pages websites are logged and stored for security purposes.
The processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure, stable and economical provision of this online service. Information about GitHub's processing is available in the GitHub General Privacy Statement .
Processing in the USA cannot be ruled out. GitHub describes, among other safeguards, its use of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and additional protections for international data transfers.
4. Contact by email
If you contact info@robutrace.de or sara.hofmann@robutrace.de by email, the information you provide will be processed to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual enquiries and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted once it is no longer required for handling the enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Contact form through Form.taxi
The contact form uses the Form.taxi service. The provider is wrkt*biz Reinhard Söllradl, 4070 Eferding, Austria. When you submit the form, the information you entered—name, email address, company if provided, selected topic and message—as well as technically required connection data is transmitted to Form.taxi. The data is processed solely to transmit and handle your enquiry.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the structured and reliable processing of incoming enquiries.
Form.taxi processes and stores data within the European Union. According to the provider, hosting takes place in a data centre in Dresden, Germany. Form.taxi uses Mailjet GmbH to deliver form messages by email. Form submissions are retained by Form.taxi for no longer than one year; the plan used here provides a one-month archive. We also delete data once it is no longer required for handling the enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.

This website contains links to external services, in particular LinkedIn and sarahofmann.de. Data is transferred to the relevant provider only when you open such a link. The provider's privacy terms then apply.
